Based in Chilliwack, British Columbia, Cascade Roofing & Exteriors has been serving customers in the Fraser Valley, Lower Mainland, and beyond since 1985.

As one of the most trusted construction companies in the area, we’ve been supplying and installing superior products for roofing, waterproofing, and exteriors on both commercial and residential buildings. In addition to shingle roofing, flat roofing, and metal roofing, we provide wall cladding, vinyl and fibre cement siding, and vinyl decking, as well as railings, gutters, aluminum canopies, awnings, skylights and solariums.

People

Cascade is a roofing company owned and operated by roofers. However, as our company has grown, the team has expanded to include estimators, project managers, foremen, and installers for every service we offer. Some of our people have been with us for more than twenty years. For our customers, that means dependable workers and a job well done. We take our work seriously, and we make our customers a priority.

Associations

Since 2009, Cascade has been a member of the Roofing Contractors Association of BC (RCABC). Dan Henrotte, our co-owner with Thomas Stahl, has been the President of the RCABC since 2023. We are also members of the Canadian Roofing Contractors Association (CRCA) and the Mechanical Contractors Association of BC (MCABC). As active members of these associations, our customers can be assured that we comply with the regulations to ensure high quality of workmanship, customer protection, and safety. We are also Bonded and COR certified, as well as covered by Liability Insurance and WorkSafeBC.
